Tracey Ezard is a Keynote Speaker, Author and Educator who is dedicated to working with school leaders to inspire those they work with to achieve the best results for students.
In this excellent book, she encourages “Ferocious Warmth” leaders who lead high performance and deep learning. They understand how to balance what she calls “The Head and the Heart” – a balance of achieving results while building a strong, positive culture based around good relationships. She promotes learning, innovation and outcomes in an atmosphere of psychological safety built around empathy, compassion and trust. Strategy and emotion need to be balanced and flexible.
Tracey is the recipient of the 2022 ACEL/Vic Headley Beare Educator of the Year Award.
She is also the PSA 2023 Breakthrough Speaker of the Year.
